Water-skiing and Wakeboarding

The Lakes is home to a world-class tournament venue in Lake Barden with slalom, trick and jump facilities available. The large side of this horseshoe-constructed lake is 70m x 950m, providing plenty of width and room for the serious wake boarder. Lake Barden was built for the professional water-skier and its smaller side (40m x 950m) is set up with a slalom course. Our younger or less experienced visitors can start out on our learner bar (attached to the boat next to the driver and ski instructor) or have a go at knee boarding and tuition is available. Equipment and lifejackets supplied.
The Lakes ski boat is a Gilflite short line 190 powered by a 350 mercruiser.

Jet Skis

Experience the thrill of riding a jet ski on Lake Barden!

Our 3-seater 700cc Wave runners can be driven by anyone over the age of 16 and are simple, safe and exhilarating to ride. Jet skis are available for hire all year round at the Lakes and life jackets are supplied.

Tubing

Sit back, relax (!) and let the boat do the work, towing you in the tubes behind - holding on comes naturally!

Paddleboats, Canoes and Fishing

Drift through waterlilies and explore Lake Deane and its surroundings at your own pace in a paddleboat or canoe. The paddleboats are also ideal for you to stand on and throw the lure for Barra or take a seat and try to catch a Bream, Sooty Grunter or Sleeping Cod with red meat or live bait (NT fisheries laws do apply).

If you have your own unpowered or battery operated outboard, dinghy, windsurfer or canoe and are staying with us you are welcome to use it on Lake Deane.

Waterslide and Pool

Laze in the pool or rocket down the 30m waterslide - just grab a mat and go!
